Leucadia has been a textile and finishing company in the Como area for more than thirty years.
It specializes in the preparation and open width and rope dyeing of artificial fibers such as polyamide, polyester both individually and as a mixture with natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and synthetic ones such as viscose. The company’s laboratories are equipped with machinery to realize samples that meet the Customer’ requests and with specific instrumentation to test the physical characteristics of the final product. The production equipment undergoes continual and careful improvements, aimed at higher production flexibility in synergy with quality and service assurance albeit always considering the important environment factor as well as the consumption reduction. We also have a modern spreading line fit for transpiring, flame-retardant, skimming, etc. types of finishing suitable for sportswear, leather goods, and technical textiles.
Our company has gained a sound experience over the years in the ennobling of orthogonal elastic fabrics. We are also equipped for fabrics finishing with several machines including stenters, calender, emerizing machines, and steamers. We carry out dope-dyed finishing, which can be certified (e.g. Teflon® Intera® Sanitized® ).
